Wall of text.
Dear Nuke, you are way to confused an alliance. I get it, your probably and indy alliance that needs to keep the pvpers doing something fun, to keep your butts protected.
Here.
1. One guy in charge. Do what he says or else. He's nice enought to ask your opinion, please note it may not be taken into consideration.
2. We do not do high sec griefing. No goon bounties for you.
3. Have fun in low sec and null, and if you can make isk ransoming some idiot go for it.
4. Don't shoot blues, it gives head guy in charge a headache. Diplomacy is a pain in the arse and I will make you pay.
5. Darnit after trying pvp, we have decided we WILL have one person in charge and not do kill by committee, it works. While we are at it, officer modules are expensive and look bad on killboards, we get annoyed at being laughed at for loosing ships with those fitted. Keep those bad boys docked for carebearing or in high sec.
6. 20 mil is alliance fee. Only ones exempt are the founding corps, as we all ponied up the billion isk fee to make this alliance.
7. We mine to replace ships. Cruisers and below only as battleships take lots and lots of minerals. You want bs's replaced get more miners, or have those pvpers get their alts in mining.
8. No smacktalking in local as many aren't good at it and it gets us wardecced up the wazoo.
9. When told stuff, keep it to yourself and don't' blather about it. Please to be googling opsec, and persec.
Less wall of text, more understandable and easier to follow.
Sigh. Yeah, I have to grudgingly concede the point that yours is better than the wall of text. And I say this as a Walls of Text kind of guy. (Yeah, that's wall with an s.) Something about a Charter just brings forth my Avatar of Fussiness. Oh, and the ideological megalomaniac: we can make a better society! Even if its just in a computer game! And These our Sacred Rules will be how Future Generations judge me.........!
Having said that, I'd be the first to point out that a whole lot of unspoken rules are probably more of a problem than not once a corporation reaches a certain size.
